How is 'overage' calculated?
If you exceed your plan's included contacts, we automatically add a small block of extra contacts (e.g. +$10 for 100 on Starter) to your bill. You're never blocked.
What counts as a contact?
Only active subscribers you can email. Bounced, unsubscribed, or deleted contacts don't count towards your limit.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. To prevent infrastructure abuse and ensure dedicated resources for real users, we require a credit card for verification even on the Free plan.
